GENERAL PEST ERADICATION PACKAGE
Our package of 11 treatments, mostly one treatment in a calendar month for cockroach, crawling insects and rats. Our special rat treatment definitely comes with extra charges is absolutely non-poisons and won't die here and there is the special attraction. Our cockroach and other crawling insect treatment is also equally environment friendly, may take 10-15 days to eradicate but absolute removal is assured. No need to close your premises or vacate it.
Every good things come with a price. Our Service, Our Output, as our customers say is excellent. They also say the charges are high. What to do? We can only request you and assure you that our charges are at par with the price of materials used and other expense. Our charges have to be paid in advance by crossed cheque only. if the pests are evident after second treatment, we refund the full amount. From third treatment no refund shall be made. The charges are not negotiable and part payment is not allowed please. Sorry, we are rigid on our part so that we can give you the best service possible in this world.
ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT PACKAGE
Our treatment with semi toxic materials will have twenty or ten or five year undertaking of treatment done. The charges are of not much difference, you can always opt for twenty years. Mostly, with one treatment we finish off your problem. Refer our terms and conditions for more details.
Please note that the affected part cannot be repaired or rectified by our treatment, we can only eradicate the white ants as and when it appears. We undertake wood borer treatment with the above mentioned years of undertaking. Our rates are as per the cost of material available and are paid in advance. Rates are not negotiable. It shall be paid in A/c payee cheque and non refundable, at any point.
FLYING INSECTS TREATMENT PACKAGE
Flies or Mosquitoes are root cause of many of the ailments which is fatal. Most of the viral transmitted health problems are due to insect bites. Added with chemical inhalation plays a havoc in your life. We assure the best possible treatment. Flying insect treatment package for a year with weekly treatment. We assure the atmost eradication of all flying insects. We may treat your premises weekly or whenever needed which ensure your pleasant environment.
The charges are as per material costs. Please note that we do about seventy treatment in your premises so that the total cost may appear to be on the higher side but this is the cheapest treatment. The total charges are paid in advance by cheque and rates are not negotiable.

Our Materials
The materials are procured from Kerala and locally. The shelf life of our materials unless mixed is long. Mostly non toxic, takes about 10 to 15 days to eradicate pests. You must know about the toxicity of our materials from us and must do the needful precautions, if there is any. Accept our Terms and Conditions before executing the job. Please don't use any other chemicals along with our materials as the effect of our materials may get sidelined.
